With over 57% of American adults overweight, it is time for all of us to get serious about our health. That's why we started the Tech Savvy Get Healthy Project. Combining a structured, weight loss program with a consistent exercise plan, and then motivating you to change, and we have a powerful tool for good health. This program is based on three important principles: The Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Mind Changing how you think about food is the basis of the Get Healthy Project. Ric Rooney and Physique Transformation have created a four phase program that will teach you that food is more then what you eat it's gas that fuels your body so what you put in is what you get out. This program with help you set goals to achieve and then give you structure to achieve them However, you will be held accountable to the goals that you set. There are no free rides in this program, but with desire, perseverance and a little determination you can achieve a in-shape healthier you. Body Learning to eat is just the first component of the Tech Savvy Get Healthy Project. Getting your body moving is next. Exercise is an essential part of this program, but it's more then a walk around the block twice a week, or lifting weights on weekends. It's about consistency and dedication. That's why we've partnered with PJ Musilli from Fitness Together to help develop a structured exercise plan that will maximize your efforts and teach you how to increase your metabolism, and burn more fat each time you workout. Spirit All the websites and exercise plans in the world are useless if you lack the motivation to stick with them. That's why “Spirit” is the single most important part of the Tech Savvy Get Healthy Project. Simply put, it's all about you, and your desire to change. If you lack motivation and fortitude, or you're just looking for a overnight solution to your health concerns, then this program is not for you. However, if your goal is to lose weight and keep it off, then come join us and let's get healthy together. Remember this quote: “A goal can only be reached through a plan, in which you must fervently believe, and upon which you must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.” To become part of the Tech Savvy Get Healthy project, start here.
